Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To reserve an appointment, all new clients are required to pay a $25 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your pet’s groom.

Appointments are reserved specifically for your pet, and missed appointments or late cancellations leave time that is difficult to fill. Because of this, at least 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule.

Deposit Policy

  • A $25 deposit is required for all new clients to hold the appointment.

  • The deposit will be applied to the total cost of the groom.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for the appointment, the deposit is forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule request.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee and may require a deposit to rebook.

  • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future appointments.

Thank you for respecting my time, schedule, and the care provided to each pet at Kait’s Grooming.
